CANCEL MY CANCELLATION

Hello,

I have been trying for hours but cannot get through to anyone.

Need to cancel my disconnection on 1/04/2020 as my new installation with sky has been postponed.

This is very urgent as if I get disconnected I will not be able to work.

If anyone can help will be very much appreciated.

Hi I'm karl a service tech for virginmedia. I know it's a pain to try an speak to one of our agents but its something you may have to try an do. You may find that our cancellation team may ring you days before to see if you still want to cancel.
