What is the issue with the exposed cable, do you have any images?
Thank you for replying. I have not spoken to you about this because I cannot find a way to contact you! The phone lines are hopeless. Our drive is going to be repaved soon and I would like the cable buried then. In order to do so, I'm told Virgin need to prepare it by making the cable longer and encasing it. Can I arrange for this to be done please?
