Bury cable

I want to arrange for my cable to be buried in the front garden. How do I contact Virgin to arrange this?

Are you a new customer or an existing one (VM's response may vary, depending)?

Is the unburied cable causing a danger (VM sometimes shows more interest if matters of health and safety are involved)?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear your cable hasn't been buried, I have managed to locate your account and it doesn't look like you have spoken to us in regards to a cable needing burying.

 

What is the issue with the exposed cable, do you have any images?

Thank you for replying. I have not spoken to you about this because I cannot find a way to contact you! The phone lines are hopeless. Our drive is going to be repaved soon and I would like the cable buried then. In order to do so, I'm told Virgin need to prepare it by making the cable longer and encasing it.  Can I arrange for this to be done please?
