Broken outdoor grey box

Hi I am unsure if I’ve chosen the correct board to post this question. 

The grey outdoor virgin media box which contains the connection for telephone wire and coax cable is broken and falling apart. 

I am referring to the box that is attached to my house on the outside. 

How do I get this fixed please
