Can I please get some clarity on who I am meant to speak to regarding a broken manhole? This was reported in 01/02/2021 via online form after I unfortunately ended up in A&E after falling through it. It seems almost IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone at virgin unless you are a customer which I am not! The manhole has still not been secured and I have had no response from virgin. I am still injured but luckily fine! I fear that someone will be seriously hurt by this god forbid one of my or anyone else’s child or elderly person. I cannot believe the incompetency of this company. This is not a matter I am willing to leave

I am sorry to hear that you have been injured due to a broken manhole cover.
