Broadband upgrade options

Hi, sorry can’t help you as I have had exactly the same problems. Customer service is absolutely shocking. It’s practically non existent. I am absolutely livid that as a long term customer I am being charged £40 mth more than a new customer.cannot get through on phone, cannot get an answer on line, going round in circles.

Best of calling retention's by dialing 0345 454 1111 options 1-1-4-4 best time to call currently is 8am.
