Broadband upgrade issue

I recently checked my account to see if I could upgrade my broadband speed from 350mb to 500mb.

I went through with option to upgrade my broadband speed and received the pre contact documentation and the order confirmation email.

However, I can’t seem to see an open order on my account. Has anyone experienced this before?
