Broadband retention deal

My 2019/20 broadband deal expired this month. I cancelled it was going up to 50.50p/m. I was offered a new deal at 29p/m,  M100 with 5gb sim. It hasn't shown up on my account & I can't contact anyone about it except the digital assistant. I don't want to end up paying 50.50 when it should be 29. What do I do people?
