Broadband restricted

Hello, my services have been restricted. I received an email on the 21st October saying my services would be cut off permanently if it's not paid within 14 days. That's today, but I can't pay it until tomorrow. 

I dont want to phone up tomorrow and pay the full balance and then find they wont reconnect me. If I make the payment tomorrow should they reconnect me?

I advise speaking to our collections team who may be able to stop the services totally disconnection allowing you to make a payment tomorrow and get your services back up and running.
