Broadband order still has not been processed

Yesterday I purchased a purchased a new broadband package and still have not received confirmation that my order has been processed. I was sent an order confirmation yesterday saying "we'll be in touch by email later today to let you know once your order has been processed", but have not received any further emails. Our flat already has a Virgin router in it already, so I believe that we do not need an equipment delivery. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need Wifi to access my remote job.
