Broadband not showing on my account

I recently sent a pod back and shed for intelligent Wi-fi to be switched off on my account, but now when I log into my account online it states I do not have broadband, when quite clearly I do 😂. Could this be rectified or do I have to phone to get this sorted..

That is a little strange. 

 

Please can you confirm if you are referring to your my virgin media account?

Hi yes that is correct, I have virgin tv and broadband and landline, but since sending my wireless pod back and requesting intelligent work-if is disabled from my account, when I log into my virgin media account it states I have tv and landline and says ‘add broadband’  which I already have lol

Thank you for coming back to me. 

 

I have taken a look over your account and can confirm that broadband is still active in the property.

 

Its something I haven't seen before, I will raise this with our team but I would suspect that it will reset itself after the remainder of this month.

New month and new billing month and my account is still not showing that I have broadband.
