Broadband not activating

I installed my new broadband August 30th (after numerous issues ordering in the first place) with the Quick Start kit, the connection is all set up and working, including a Stream box. However, my account is not registering that the wifi has been activated and I received a letter from virgin asking to return the broadband box and stream box if I was not going to use them (I already am). I rang customer support and was told they would manually activate the account for me (7/9/2023) but no such luck! Without the account being activated I can't view my account, pay any bills, or add packages to the stream box - Virgin are essentially costing themselves money! Is there anything I can do to sort this myself, without having to ring and deal with customer support for the fifth time?
