Broadband installation date

Hi I have been waiting since the 14th January to be connected.

I have have several dates for connection the last being 01/05/2021 but am still not connected and the system shows that I now do not have an outstanding order

Anyone have  any ideas how I can proceed ?

Sorry to hear about the delays with your installation I understand that will be frustrating.
