Broadband failed, can’t log in and no telephone support. Help!
Hi. My broadband has failed. I can’t log into my account no matter what I do. Password reset doesn’t work and it refuses to let me sign in even though I am certain of both my password and username. They both come up with a green tick and the. It just kicks me back to the input username and password screen in an endless loop. The phone diagnostic says I need to speak to someone but there is no tech telephone support due to coronavirus. What am I supposed to do now?
