Broadband deal impossible to get

Had email from Virgin offering Gig1 broadband for just an extra £4 a month I tried to upgrade and just end up with a load screen that never ends. If I log in manually into account to upgrade the offer has changed to £9.53 a month extra but logging in from email says £4 which I am unable to take advantage of. Any ideas,  I've tried twitter and Facebook and no one is able to help

Have you tried this on our app or on our website?

 

Can you please try clearing your browser and delete any cache and cookies, then try incognito mode.

 

You can even try giving us a call on 👉🏼 0345 454 1111, to see if there offer is still available and if it can be applied.

If you or anyone in your house has an O2 sim you would get the upgrade free via Volt. 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
