My broadband contract is ending in a few days I was wanting to check that you automatically get put on to a 1 month rolling contract? Because I have a discount that doesn’t run out until august I’d rather pay slightly more at the moment than get stuck in a new contract. I’ve tried ringing a few times but it just says that are busy and no one is available until it hangs up on me. I also tried the online chat a couple times as well but that also was a waste of time as it either said it wasn’t available or just left me waiting until the page would reload. Any confirmation about what happens at the end of the contract would be great. Thank you and stay safe. 👍🏻

Once your package comes to an end we would offer you the best package possible for a new deal, it is then up to you if you want to take it or not. If you decided not to take it, then you would stay on the package you are on at the full price.
