Broadband capacity

March 20, received email from Virgin advising Broadband usage cap of 30 GB per month, is removed. Now April 22, billed £7.50 for exceeding 30 GB. No reply to my email of April 11, no resolution after speaking with Jill on April 13, tried phoning today, connection failed while holding. Still seeking clarification of my account status. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
