Broadband cancelation

Hi. I currently have Broadband only and have 3 Mobile contracts. If I cancel my broadband account can I keep the mobile contracts going or do I have to be a virgin customer

Thank you for taking the time to contact us in regards to your account and welcome to the community.

 

If you decide to cancel your broadband with us (which we hope you don't) you can certainly keep the mobile accounts open, unless it is part of an Oomph package in which case you could keep the mobile accounts open but they would no longer be zero rated.. As the two services are separate they aren't exclusive.
