I already pay my bill last week, but it didn’t show on my bill, and keeps the balance. It is also added the late payment fee this week.

Also could you please confirm which date your latest bill was generated on?
I paid the bill at July 21th. I paid directly through the virgin media app. I paid for 235 pounds. Please help me to check it.
