Broadband and TV disconnected

Can anyone help, renegotiated my contract on Friday 6/11/20,  I have 200 Meg broadband, calls anytime and Maxit TV package, all was OK until this morning, now I only have calls, I phoned Virgin and was told at 09:00 that someone has made an error and disconnected my TV and broadband and it would be back up and running within 2 hours.  However as you might have guessed I've still nothing, I'm at work so can't call again.
