After six weeks I am about to give up. I need to change e mail, set up new DD and cancel mobile. cannot get in on old email. Payment due today HELP HELP

We can't cancel accounts from here. You'd need to call 789 / 0345 6000 789 for that.

Details on how to make a payment can be found here - https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payment/make-a-payment gives a telephone number as well as other methods.
