Why can't I see possible upgrades on my account or make changes to my package?

Likely because you are on a legacy bundle or have additional discounts on your account.

I'm work away from Home 6 days a week driving, so it makes it very difficult to get in touch with them. Would you know if someone can contact them on behalf?
