Broadband Customer Services phone number - Hub 3.0 needs restarting/replacing
I have a Hub 3.0 that has been working fine for a long time, I have been home-based for years using this so a problem is noticed very quickly.
Recently it started losing the broadband connection (local wired and wireless are fine, but no internet access) and needs a restart to get back on. Doesn't coincide with any time of day or any specific activity. Can happen several times a day, or can go for a few days without a problem.
Does anyone have a national phone number for Customer Services? I'm on a broadband only contract, so can't call 150 and can't find anything useful on VM web site.
