Broadband Contract

My contract is up for renewal early April.

The newly proposed monthly rate is jumping up over 50% - I want to negotiate a revised plan going forward or cancel before the new package commences.

Ive attempted calling the 0345 number multiple time’s have been on the line near an hour before it hangs up, and the online chat / help resources are useless. 

Please help me resolve this ASAP

all you can really do is keep trying to get through. With most of the call centers closed it will be hard. bo another way to really agree on a new contract
