Broadband Bill VAT invoice

Please could someone explain why it isn't straightforward to simply download a VAT invoice?

I have been on the phone with Virgin customer services for an hour to request this but they couldn't figure it out and promised a call back but it never happened. 

I simply want a VAT invoice

Hi, I have replied to all of your messages. Please could you check and fix the billing so it displays VAT? I urgently need this and calling billing department was not helpful

From your messages I understand you want 2 things:
one is to activate VAT billing for future bills and second is to get VAT bills backdated for the past 4 months?

Please, confirm which months' bills you wish to get the VAT copies for and I can advise on the next steps from here.
