Good afternoon. I have seen many had the same issue related to my post. My Virgin Media broadband contract is due to expire on 19th September this month. I wanted to see the available options, and I saw a renewal option for the same tariff for another 18 months. I went ahead and accepted it, and I have received a pre contract confimation e-mail, followed by an order summary e-mail. I have renewed the contract on 6th of September and as far as today I can not see the new contract in my account. I have called VM but it was taking too long for someone to answer, and contacted them via WhatsApp. A member said they could not find any order relating to my contract and offered to renew the contract for double the money from the renewal offer, and of course I refused it. My contract is soon due to expire and nobody seems to know what't going on with my order. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks
