A few weeks ago I ordered a V6 box to replace a TIVO box being used in a bedroom , I then received 2 V6 boxes and despite numerous calls to VM I have been unable to return the unwanted box,
I was told a label etc would be sent to me but still waiting, I am concerned that I will be charged for the unwanted box, can anyone help with this issue ? Thanks

Thanks, I thought that was only for the return of used kit ?
