Boardband card payment on wrong account number

Good Morning,

I have a question about the payment for broadband. As I didn't have enough money on my default debit card on the due date ( 09 April), but I noticed the payment failure on that day and I made a card payment immediately with the email confirmation. Today I saw that the money I paid didn't show in my account so I finished the payment again as I have felt the lower speed of the broadband, and I found that I got my account number wrong in the previous payment, maybe that's why it didn't work. Anyway, I have paid my last month bill twice, can I have the previous payment transfer to next month bill? or refund if it's possible?
