Blue Light Card Discount

Hi, 

I've been using the Blue Light Card Discount now for a couple of years. I've just rung up trying to renew my contract which expires next month. The first person I spoke with had never heard of the Blue Light Card, was put on hold and then cut off. Rang back and the second person told me the discount no longer exists despite the Blue Light Card website saying otherwise. 

Could any one point in the right direction of someone that can help sort this out please.

Have you tried via the https://www.bluelightcard.co.uk/ site?

As per their home page, "Eligible members can access all discounts through the Blue Light Card website, app or card."

Sorry to hear that you've been unable to renew your Blue Light discount. I would like to make a check on your behalf.  I am going to send you a private message.  Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of the screen.

Have you been able to check your discount via the website our community member has shared earlier in the thread?

Shared what? Just the link to the blue light website? I'm looking to see what Virgin can offer me

In order to look at the offers you do need to view via the website or your employer intranet, there you can view what deals are available and sign up for them if you would like.
