Black friday offer

I took advantage of the black friday offer to add on mega TV, sky sports HD, TNT Sports and Asian mela on the 27th November. I received an confirmation email, however the channels are not active. When I phone up virgin or speak to them on webchat they have no record of my order.  This is a joke.

Virgin customer service is terrible the Web and call centre don't seem to talk to each other. They didn't honour my black friday offer. I had to upgrade online for £40 a month extra than the black friday offer. I will be going back to sky.
