Good evening.
I opted to upgrade my broadband to 1g for £5.32 extra a month last week on black Friday deal. I have an order email confirming the new package price etc, but it's still not showing on my account.
I have been on the VM chat, and they have said that this is no longer available on my account. So have I been missold?
I keep going round in circles with the chat, and they are not budging. I see lots of others are having the same problem. The chat said that if I have that discount, I will loose other discounts which means I will end up paying more overall, even tho I have an email stating that my package will only rise by £5.32 a month.
Can somone from VM please contact me?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to the Forums.
I'm sorry to hear a package you have confirmed through your online account hasn't been processed. Whilst most online orders are automatic, some packages need to be manually processed by one of our Back Office Team.
These changes can take up to 14 working days to be processed, and whilst these are usually done a lot sooner, it can take a little longer during busy periods such as Black Friday.
