Hi, apologies if this isn't the right part of the forum to post however I'm looking for clarification on a deal I've signed up for.
I opted up upgrade to the 1gb internet offer with the hub5 router. I started my new contract around July/August this year with TV broadband and phone, will the 1gb deal be for an additional 18months from date of sign up or for the remainder of my contract or will this reset my deal and the full package starts again for 18months?
