Existing Customer for the past 3.5 years (M250 £20 per month)
On 27/11/23, I took up a Black Friday deal to upgrade my speed and sign up to an O2 sim.
Package details as follows:
M500 (Volt Gig1) - £25.48 per month
50GB (Volt 100GB) O2 Sim - £15 per month.
I have received both the CIS and CSS documents however had had no further communication since. Upon contacting the help team via both phone and WhatsApp, they have no record of my order. This seems to be common place amongst other users of this community. I am also unable to check the order online or look at any other upgrades. When selecting upgrade I am redirected to a link stating I must contact the support team to discuss upgrades and 'customer exclusion' is included in the URL.
Has anyone had any luck actually getting Virgin Media / O2 to honour their side of the agreements?
I have also logged a complaint (C-051223991) which added no further comments besides to wait the 14 days. This timeframe has surpassed and still no luck.
