Bills

Hi. Since I’ve paused my sports packages due to corona virus my bill has gone up from £99 a month to £161.75 a month. I can’t get hold of anyone to sort this out. Has anyone got any suggestions?

that will be becuase your discount has ended. That will be detailed in your bill and contract.

Check your last bill that was lower and the current one to see what has changed

your discount can end during the contract. you may, for example, have a 6 month discount on a 12 month contract

My discount hasn’t ended, I’m now being charged £99 a month and £62.75 a month. 
I get a pause for the sports packages of £36.25.

looking at it I’m getting charged twice.

Thanks for posting and sorry for any confusion regarding the bills. 

 

Have you checked on your bill the date the Sky Sports credit was applied? It sounds like this months bill may have been produced before it was added.

After paying 162 last month as I thought it might be to do with my direct debt getting canceled by mistake, I’ve received another bill for £162 this month. Can’t ever speak to anyone so What can I do?

Thanks for your response.

 

Can you please check your bank account that is used to pay bills to Virgin Media to ensure that the direct debit on the account has been paid over the last few months? 

 

This could be an issue with the direct debit possibly being rejected, and may be worth speaking to your bank about

I cancelled the direct debt and now pay it manually. It’s all paid up to date and some more.
