I cancelled my account in May. Despite this I am still getting bills, text messages and now my credit rating has gone down as I cancelled the DD. I called twice in June, and then in July and was reassured each time it was a mistake and would be cancelled but am still getting bills. The whole situation is extremely upsetting and I want it resolved immediately.
