Bills and Payment dates

Hi all, I’m new to Virgin. Last month in fact.
when I joined I was told I could change my payment date once I’m live yet I can’t see to contact anyone to do this?

also my bill is showing £35 in demand charges.. yet we haven’t used anything on demand.. can anyone please help?

Can I confirm if your first bill has come out of your bank yet? We are only able to change the direct debit/payment date after then. £35 is normally an activation fee for the equipment - was this explained at the time?

Sorry for the delay. I’ve only just seen this.

No, nothing has come out yet. And I was told the £25 deposit was all that was needed - I was told there was no activation charge. 

I signed up over the phone. I was told it would be 2 x bills minus my £25 already paid. I even asked if I was paying an activation fee and I was told no. There was no fee.

Hi again, so I’ve now received my first bill. 
the £35 charges have been removed as agreed.

so that’s all in order. But how do I change my payment date?
