Hi  Vikki

my contract came to an end and I signed up to a deal offered at£48. I see my next bill is £76. 

 

I have the e mail confirming this change and contract but I am now not able to open the PDF attached to the e mail , I check my account and it states package at£48 . I have an e mail with the order reference

Was this over the phone or online?

 

Was the email received a contract summary?

Done online and received an e mail with 2 PDF attachments and a second e mail giving an order date and activation date 

I click onto the my package link and that states £48

Hi 

this was done on the app and I have screenshots of going through the contract and the final screen showing success and order ref 

On the app I could resign at £48 and get a lower cost at the end of the 18mths.

the fact I am unable to download the contract summery PDF’S is a worry.
