Billing

Since the merger with 02, the billing is very confusing. My 02 account shows that my bill will be collected by them, and then I get another bill for Mobile charges send by Virgin Media. Wouldn't it be a good idea for one company to issue bills?

After the migration to O2 by December 2023, Virgin Mobile will no longer exist.

in the long run, absolutely yes - and I dare say this is part of VMO2's plans.

Merging billing & IT systems is not a very quick process though, and often fraught with difficulty if not very carefully planned.

Hello hansi.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our Community.

Are the dates and charges both the same on each bill?

I can take a look to see what has happened.

It may be the billing run has overlapped from ourselves to O2 during the migration, but id like to take a look at The Virgin Mobile side first.

If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
