Hi Tom

Despite assurances from Agents on the WhatsApp Chat Line that my account is fully paid up. My account is still showing hat i owe £62.54.

As a Disabled Pensioner, i just want confirmation from someone in the VM Team to confirm that i do not owe £62.54

Any help you are able to give me would be very much appreciated
