Hi, i am an existing customer with Virgin and currently pay £39 a month for broadband package. Having checked a recent statement for the month of March, I see I have been charged twice in the same month for 2 payments of £39, one on 01/03/21 and another one on 30/03/2021. Can someone from the billing team please get back to me regarding this as soon as possible ?
