Billing

During lockdown in April 2020, we had two weeks with no service (phone, TV, broadband) whatsoever. I am unable to look at past bills and cannot see if I was charged for that period.  Can someone let me know, please.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you had a 2 week period last year where you had no services, I have tried to have a little look our end however was unable to find a account with the details we have here for you.

 

 

Billing queries isn't something we deal with here  you can Text billing query to 07533 051809 for cable services or 07533 016422 for mobile, the team aim to pick these up within 24 hours and will be able to help further.
