Billing

Please could someone tell me if the bill came out on 29/6, when do you need to pay the minimum by before restrictions. How many days to you have.

Welcome to  our Community and thanks so much for your first post. 

 

This is not an exact science I'm afraid and as such we can't offer you an exact answer; it all depends on the account itself, the amount owed, how many payments may have been missed, the credit limit

 

There are so many variables it's not possible to advise here I'm afraid. We would always advise that to avoid restriction, to make payment by the due date listed on your bill. 

 

(Any late payment will incur a charge and could impact your credit score)

 

If you have any concerns about your billing or having issues making a payment to us, please do contact us on 150/03454541111. Our Customer Care team can take a look at  your account and advised you accordingly; and schedule a promise to pay. If needed you can chat to our collections team.
