Can I change my bill due date from the 19th of every month to the 1st?

You can by changing your direct debit date but ....

1. You must pay your current bill in full before you can do this;

2. The first bill will be bigger, around 6 weeks worth, given the delay you want.

This situation has been resolved now but thank you for your message.

With no trouble at all I was able to have my billing due date changed via their customer services team over the phone. 👌🏻
