Hi I've been over charged on the last 2 months I'd b grateful if somebody could get in touch regarding this as it's quite a bit of money thanks a lot

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

What makes you believe you have been overcharged and not simply, say, passed the end of your minimum period and now paying the standard rate for your services?

If you do believe you have been incorrectly charged, invoke the direct debit guarantee via your bank.
