I have been unable to return to the U.K. since the 15th March I have messaged Virgin to see if I could place my account on hold but had no reply

I have tried this twice now and when the automated service says that I am going to be transferred I then spend hours waiting with no response

I am sorry we do not pause accounts. You will need to contact our collections team to see what options are available to you you can reach them on 150/0345 454 1111 option 4 then 4
I currently have no access to a phone at present until Imreturn to the U.K.
The 0345 454 1111 number is contactable while abroad, or the team may have some staff working on the text service over +44753 305 1809 if you'd prefer this method. Sadly the team do not work over any other methods of contact.
