Billing

Dear,

 

I left Virgin on 3rd April.

Got new billing, I do not understand why the price is over.

Is it related to contract?

The previous flat has security problem so I moved new house on 3rd April.

I explained why I should leave early at Virgin.

 

Could you someone explain why I should just see to withdrawal my money unexpectedly?

If you have still been unable to get through on the phones or Live Chat on the Web site then you can send texts to this number 07533 051809 with details of the issue. Might take a while for a response but might be quicker than the other options.

You will need to get someone to take a looking at the billing.
