Billing

I’ve been charged twice for my WIFI bill on two separate days. Is there a way I can refund the second charge?

Thank you for your first post and welcome to forums, can you please provide more information on this? Is this for your mobile or media bill? What does this look like on your bill?

Hi, 

It was a virgin media bill for my wifi. I was charged once for it on the day it had to be payed but it didnt go through as I didnt have the money at the time. But I then moved some money around and used quick pay to pay the bill on the same day, however a day later I was charged again for the bill.
