When I became a Virgin Media customer I shared with the sales assistant Carla, a £50 credit promo code that I received from Virgin Media and she said this would be used on my first bill. However, my direct debit has just come through and the promo code has not been attached.
I have tried calling the customer services department countless times but no one was able to help me.
My bill is now £50 more expensive and that is not acceptable. I would appreciate some assistance.
