Hi 

I'm having trouble paying my bill, is there a way of putting my account on hold until the 12th October.

I am very sorry to hear this and can appreciate your circumstance, I am afraid that is not something we can facilitate from here. If your services are restricted due to non payment, you will be able to call us and speak with our collections team with regards to this.
