Billing

Since we signed up to the ultimate oomph package not once have we actully had a bill charge that matches our contract price! I am sick to death of phoning support (Every month for over 5 months) and being promosed by call centre staff abrorad that its all been sorted out and yet the next month's bill arrives and yet another different charge is taken.

What do I need ot do to talk to someone here in the UK? who can actually sort this out as after 5 months or more of calling its still not been sorted properly regardless of assurances and guarantees from abroad! I am a the end of my tether, this is certainly NOT what we signed up to.

Someone from Virgin in the UK please get in touch with me ASAP! so this can be sorted out once and for all!
