Billing

I made full payment on the 9th of August but my account isn’t updated. I still get email urging me to make payment. What can I do?

Welcome to our community forum page, it's great to have you on board with us. 

i'm sorry that the payment you made on 09/08/19 isn't showing on your online account yet. 

I'm going to send you a private message so I can double check that the payment has registered on our system. 

You can access your private messages by clicking on the purple envelope which is located at the top right hand side of your screen.
